The texting rules, in the order they matter.
You only get a text from me if you checked the box. Reply STOP and they stop. Reply HELP and you get a person. Message and data rates may apply.

The short version
This is the program disclosure the phone carriers require, and it's also just what I'd tell you anyway.
- Texts come from Summit Intake Systems, run by Summit Intake Systems LLC, in Pensacola, Florida.
- You get them because you checked the consent box on the contact form or told me yes on the phone.
- Saying yes to texts is never a condition of buying anything. Say no and the price and the service are exactly the same.
- Message frequency varies. Some weeks nothing, some weeks a few.
- Message and data rates may apply. That's between you and your phone company.
- Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP and you get my contact information.
STOP and HELP
STOP ends it. Send STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message and you'll get one last text confirming you're off the list. After that, nothing.
HELP gets you a hand. Send HELP and you'll get back the business name and how to reach a person. Or skip the keyword and email andrewaltrip@gmail.com or call (850) 977-5843.
What actually gets sent
Four kinds of texts. Nothing else goes out under this program.
| Kind of message | What sets it off | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your inquiry | You filled out the form on this site and checked the box. | Varies. Usually a short back-and-forth, then it's done. |
| Missed call reply | You called me and I couldn't pick up. | Varies. One text per missed call. |
| Your account, if you're a client | Build updates, a scheduling question, a note about billing or the wallet. | Varies. Heaviest during the build, quiet after. |
| Occasional service notes | Something changed that affects what you're paying for. | Varies. Rare. |
Some of these go out on their own the moment they're triggered, without me typing them at that hour. A missed call at eight at night still gets an answer at eight at night. You can always reply and reach me directly.
The full program terms
Written out for the carriers and for you.
Who sends the messages
Summit Intake Systems, operated by Andrew Waltrip, out of Pensacola, Florida. One person, Drew. Messages go out through a licensed messaging provider that connects to the U.S. wireless carriers on my behalf.

How you opt in
There are two ways, and both of them start with you:
- You check the consent box on the form at the contact page. The box is not checked for you and it is not required to send the form.
- You tell me on the phone that texting is fine, and I write down that you said it, and when.
I don't buy phone numbers. I don't text a number somebody handed me at a job site unless that person told me to. If you're getting a text from me and you can't remember agreeing to it, reply STOP and then email me, because I want to know how it happened.
Consent is never a condition of buying anything
Agreeing to texts is not required to get a quote, to sign up, or to stay a client. Nothing about the $297 changes if you say no. If you'd rather do everything by email or by phone call, say so and that's what we do.
How often the messages come
Message frequency varies. It depends on what you asked me and where you are in the process. A week where I'm building your site has more texts in it than a week six months after launch. There's no set schedule and no daily blast, because I don't have anything to blast.
What it costs you
I don't charge you to receive a text. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier, depending on your plan. If you're on a plan that charges per message, these count like any other message.
Stopping the messages
Reply STOP to any message from me. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all work the same way. You'll get one confirmation text and then nothing further.
Opting out of texts doesn't cancel your service, and it doesn't cancel anything you're paying for. It only stops the texts. If you want to start again later, text START or just tell me.
If STOP doesn't work for any reason, email andrewaltrip@gmail.com and I'll take you off by hand the day I see it.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message and you'll get back who I am and how to reach me. You can skip the keyword entirely and email andrewaltrip@gmail.com or call (850) 977-5843. There's no support queue. There's me.
Delivery isn't guaranteed
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts move through networks I don't control, and sometimes one is late or never lands. If something is time-sensitive, call me instead of assuming a text got through.
The program works on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Some plans, some prepaid accounts, and some international numbers may not support it.
Your number stays with me
Your mobile number and your permission to be texted are never sold, rented, or handed to anybody else for their own marketing. Not to a partner, not to an affiliate, not to a data broker. The messaging provider and the phone carriers see your number because they have to move the message. Nobody else does.
What I collect and how long I keep it is on the Privacy page.
When texting turns on for a client
If you're a client, your own text-back turns on in about two weeks. Business texting has to clear carrier registration first, and that takes one to four weeks. I file the paperwork the day you sign up. Nobody can pay to skip that step, and I won't tell you otherwise.
If you're a client, the same rules land on you
When messages go out under your business name, you are the sender. That means you only message people who gave you permission, you keep the record that proves it, and you honor a STOP the second it arrives. Nothing illegal, nothing adult, no loan or gambling or tobacco content. Those rules are in the Terms, and I enforce them, because a carrier that shuts one business down is the same carrier every other business here is riding on.
If you got a text from a business whose site I built
That business is the sender, not me. Reply STOP to that message and their texts to you stop. If you can't get it to work, email andrewaltrip@gmail.com with the number that texted you and I'll get it handled on my end.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what you get texted or how often gets an email, not a quiet edit.
STOP and HELP
You don't need this page to get off a list. You need one word, typed into a reply.
- Reply STOP to end the messages. One confirmation, then nothing.
- Reply HELP to get the business name and a way to reach a person.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Saying no to texts changes nothing about the price or the service.
- Or just email andrewaltrip@gmail.com or call (850) 977-5843.
Tell me what you do and I'll show you what your setup would look like.
The consent box on the form is optional. Leave it unchecked and I'll email you instead, and nothing about what you get or what you pay is any different.
$297 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Your text-back turns on in about two weeks, because carrier registration takes one to four.
